Mass on Campus and Christmas Caroling Today!

Catholic Campus Ministry will be having our last Mass on Campus of the Semester today at 5:30pm in Litrenta Lecture Hall in Toll Science Center. Come join us in celebrating the Second Sunday of Advent! In addition we will be going Christmas Caroling afterwards and then come back from cookies and hot chocolate! We would love for you to join us!

First Sunday of Advent

Wishing you a Happy First Sunday of Advent! I hope that you are preparing your hearts and are on watch for Jesus! I am excited to celebrate Mass on Campus this Sunday to celebrate the Second Sunday of Advent!

The Interfaith Bonfire and the November Fellowship Friday were a lot of fun! The s'mores, fellowship, music and bonding time were awesome! Thank you so much to everyone who came!

Interfaith Bonfire!

CCM will be having an Interfaith Bonfire with CCF and Hillel on Wednesday, November 16th from 7:00-9:00pm by the fire-pit! Come join us for lots of s'more, music and fellowship!

All Saints Day-November 1st

Mass times for All Saints Day on Tuesday, November 1st are 8:30am and 7:00pm at Sacred Heart and 10:00am at St. John's

Chili Festival Tonight

The Chili Festival at Sacred Heart is still on for tonight! Everything is moved inside. CCM will be meeting in Martha Washington Square at 5:30pm to walk over together. We hope that you will join us for this fun event! I am really excited! :)

Catholic Campus Ministry Announcements

October 23rd, 2011

-CCM normally attends the 11:30 Sunday Mass at Sacred Heart. Afterwards we tend to have Brunch in the Dining Hall together. In addition, there is a 5:00pm Saturday Mass, and a 9:15 am Sunday Mass.

-Our next Mass on Campus is Sunday, December 4th at 5:30pm in Litrenta Lecture Hall in Toll Science Center.

-CCM will be going Christmas Caroling after Mass on Campus on December 4^th. We hope that you will join us and feel free to bring a friend!

-Sacred Heart is having a Chili Festival on Saturday, October 29^th at 6:00pm. There will be lots of food and activities. CCM will be attending and also helping out. We would love for you to join us!

-CCM will be having our Christmas Service Project on Friday, December 9^th. Come join us to make Christmas Cookies and Christmas Cards and spread some Christmas Cheer!

-The CCM Executive Board created a survey and only a feel people answered it last Mass. If you wouldn’t mind filling it out at dinner that would be great. This way we have an idea of how we can meet your needs.

-If you are interested in getting involved on the Executive Board, please let one of the officers know. We will be happy to give you more information about what being on the Executive Board entails.

-If you are interested in getting involved in music ministry, working with the blog, lecturing, being an Eucharistic Minister, a part of the dinner group or anything else, please see me, one of the other officers, or Dan Ashe.

First Mass on Campus of the Semester

Events This Week!

Tonight there is Girl's Bible Study at 8:30pm in Sassafras. We will be meeting on the first floor and then moving up to the third floor. We would love for you to join us!

There is a Men's Bible Study that is forming. Once I know the day and time I will let you know.

Campus Christian Fellowship meets every Wednesday at 9:00pm in the CAC Forum. It was great to see everyone there last week.

Friday is Club Fair, so check out the CCM/CCF Table!

CCM will be attending the 11:30am Mass this Sunday at Sacred Heart. We will be meeting at 11:10am in Martha Washington Square to walk over together. We will be going to brunch in the Dining Hall after Mass and would love for you to join us!

Relay For Life

April Announcements

-Our next Mass on Campus is Sunday, May 1st at 5:30pm in Litrenta Lecture Hall in Toll Science Center.

-Wednesday April 13^th, CCF will be showing the movie, “To Save A Life” at 9:00pm in the CAC Forum. All are welcome to join.

-CCM/CCF will be having a team for Relay for Life on Saturday, April 16^th. We would love for you to join us!

-Sacred Heart is having a Fish Fry on Friday, April 22^nd (Good Friday). The cost is $10 and will support the youth to travel to Indianapolis to participate in the 2011 National Catholic Youth Conference.

-If you are staying here for Easter, we would love to all go to Church together and even try to have an Easter meal all together. If you know that you are staying, please let one of the Executive Board members know.

-If you are interested in getting involved on the Executive Board, please let one of the officers know. We will be happy to give you more information about what being on the Executive Board entails and will be here next year to help you. We will be holding elections at the end of April.
